Jimmy has been steadily recovering from his kidney translplant and is available for selected live appearances in 2006.

Together with his manager Buzz Bidstrup and Documentary film maker Don Palmer, Jimmy is establishing the Jimmy Little Foundation.

The purpose of the Foundation will be to raise money to be used in the fight against kidney disease in the Australian Indigenous population.
